Effortlessly track extensive information on every contact in your database. Our Quick Lookup feature makes finding contacts within the database so easy! Simply enter the contact’s name, telephone number or postal code and your contact’s information is displayed instantaneously.
Track gifts in many different formats including cash, in-kind, in honor, in memory and pledges. Each gift transaction can be created for a single fund or multiple funds in the same batch. When entering payments received from donors, each gift can be associated with a fund, a campaign, a solicitation as well as a solicitor. This feature is extremely helpful as it allows you to analyze the progress of both campaigns and solicitations. Acknowledgment letters and receipts can be printed for the full or partial amount of the donation.
Allows donors to securely pay on-line. The information is automatically sent to back to the accounting system eliminating the need for manual input and double date entry.
